Town of Barnstable Request for Proposal The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Department of Public Works is soliciting responses from qualified licensed engineering consultants to provide professional services to design the FY22 SCUDDER’S LANE BOAT RAMP IMPROVEMENTS REISSUE project. The contract and its award process are not subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to the M.G.L. c. 30B or the Designer Selection Law, Chapter 7.
