Sealed Proposals will be received by the Valley Township Supervisors of Montour County, PA at 29 Indian Run Road, Danville, PA 17821 until 6:30 on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 to be opened on July 14 at 7:00 p.m. at the Valley Township Municipal Building for the following contract:
2A Subbase Contract – Furnish and place approximately 3200 Ton 2A Subbase. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.
All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
