NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Town of Winfield, Lake County, Indiana

Sealed bids for Collection and Disposal of Refuse and Recyclables will be received at the Town Hall of the Town of Winfield, 10645 Randolph Street, Winfield, IN, 46307, until 4:00pm local prevailing time on March 23, 2021. The bids will be opened and read aloud at the Town Council Public Meeting beginning at 6:30 PM that same day.

Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Winfield, 10645 Randolph Street, Winfield, IN 46307. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on the Respondent’s Bid Form provided in the Bid Specification Documents.

Bidders must be experienced in the collection and disposal of refuse and recyclables.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any non-substantive irregularities in the bidding process should the Town deem it to be in the public interest to do so.
