REQUEST FOR BIDS
RFB 01-2021
The Grant County Public Transportation Benefit Area, “””Grant Transit Authority””” or “””GTA”””, is soliciting bids for tires and related services, (as defined in the General Information section).
Sealed bids will be received by Grant Transit Authority, at its Administrative Office located at 116 W 5th Ave, PO Box 870, Moses Lake, WA, 98837, until 1:00 PM, August 30th, 2021.
Bid Packages may be obtained at the above address, by calling 509-765-0898 Ext 124 or by emailing Brandy Heston, Administrative Services Manager, at brandyh@granttransit.com.
The Bid Package consists of this Invitation, General Instructions for Bidders, Certificate of Authorization, Bid Form, Specifications (Section III), Contract, Mandatory Forms, and Federal Clauses.
Bid Requirements:
The prices reflected in the bid shall be all inclusive including Washington State sales tax and costs for delivery. All prices shall be valid for three (3) years beginning the date of contract award. Each bid shall identify the individual cost for tires and related services as listed in the Request for Bids (“””RFB”””).
Except as otherwise set forth below, the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, including or consisting of the lowest price for all tires and services as required under this RFB.
The Bidder will include three (3) references. Grant Transit Authority has the right to contact any of the references given by the Bidder.
Grant Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to determine which bid is, in the best judgment of Grant Transit Authority, the lowest responsive bid of a responsible Bidder or group of Bidders and which bid, if any, should be accepted in the best interest of Grant Transit Authority.
