CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY
FEDERAL A/E CONSULTANT ROSTER
REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley has developed a Federal Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Consultant Roster for the calendar year 2022. Whenever the City has need for A/E consultant services estimated to cost less than $100,000 that will be reimbursable by federal funds, it is the City””‘s intent to select such consultants from the Federal A/E Consultant Roster pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Administrative Policy 300.209(A). The City annually requests Statements of Qualifications for the Federal Roster; however, firms or individuals may submit first time or revised information at any time. All submittals shall be kept on file for the calendar year and shall be used to select consultants as needed. The consultant shall submit a Federal A/E Consultant Roster Application and additional supporting information along with a Statement of Qualifications to Candice Powers-Henderson, by mail to City of Spokane Valley, Attn: Engineering, 10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99206. A downloadable copy of the Federal A/E Consultant Roster Application may be accessed from www.spokanevalley.org under “””Public Notices/RFP””‘s””” or call Candice Powers-Henderson at (509) 720-5003 for more information.
This Federal A/E Consultant Roster does not replace the City””‘s General Consultant Roster. The City””‘s Small Public Works, Consultant, and Vendor Rosters are managed by the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) Rosters.
The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
