PUBLIC NOTICE — REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 22-0002, Professional Property Management Services The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford d/b/a Charter Oak Communities (“COC”) is requesting proposals from experienced Property Management companies to provide Professional Property Management Services under RFP No. 22-0002. Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Clinton Manor, 22 Clinton Ave., Stamford, CT 06901. The cut-off date for questions (RFIs) is COB Thursday, March 3, 2022. Before submitting a response, the respondent shall examine the entire RFP. The submission of a response will be construed as evidence that such an examination has been made.
