ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BOROUGH OF ORWIGSBURG WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE PROJECT – PHASE 2 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid program by the Borough of Orwigsburg until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, June 8th, 2021. An abstract of Bids received will be posted on PennBid. All project documents are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Orwigsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant, 760 South Liberty Street, Orwigsburg, PA 17961. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Borough of Orwigsburg hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
