Sealed bids will be received by the Kettle Falls School District at the Kettle Falls School District Administration Building, 325 East 3rd Avenue, Suite C, Kettle Falls, WA 99141, for the replacement of the existing roof on the Kettle Falls Elementary School.
Sealed bids will be received as follows:
Contractors shall submit their sealed proposals up until 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 19, 2021.
Proposals received after the time set for opening will not be considered. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at five (5) minutes past the time and date set for opening.
At the request of any bidder, an optional pre-bid conference and site tour will be held at the building site, Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 11:00am at:

The work includes Demolition existing walkway and construction the following:

“”¢ If needed, replace any damaged plywood
“”¢ Install visqueen vapor barrier
“”¢ Install two layers of poly ISO R-38 rigid insulation
“”¢ Install of coverboard
“”¢ Install mechanically fastened .060mil TPO roof membrane
“”¢ Install pipe boots and walk pad
“”¢ Install metal coping at parapet walls with standing seams and counter flashings
Substantial completion: September 30, 2021
