ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOP NOTCH CONDOMINIUMS DECK RENOVATIONS BARTLETT, NH The Top Notch Condominium Association will receive sealed Bids for the construction of the Top Notch Condominiums Deck Renovations, located on Top Notch Road in Bartlett, NH, at the office of the HEB Engineers, Inc. (mailing address: PO Box 440, North Conway, NH 03860), until 3:00 p.m. local time on Friday, April 23, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be privately opened and read. The Project generally consists of replacement of decking, replacement of railings, and framing reinforcement for decks at a total of 35 units, to be completed prior to November 18, 2021 with a preference that no work be done during July and August. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Substitutions of materials will be considered and a list of proposed materials shall be submitted with the bid documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at the site local time on Friday, April 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. All potential Bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidding Documents may be obtained from HEB Engineers (603-356-6936) in electronic or paper format at no cost. Paper copies may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents on www.constructionsummary.com and www.worksinprogress.com. The Contractor shall have obtained at least one set of electronic or paper plans and specifications from HEB Engineers to be considered a responsive Bidder.
