Public Notice The Community College System of New Hampshire Request for Qualifications For: Design and Construction Consulting Services for LITTLETON CAMPUS RENOVATION AND EXPANSION At White Mountains Community College, Littleton, NH Project # WMC21-01 Design, Planning and Construction Consulting Services involved in removal of a 4,000 SF structure and the creation of a new 10,000 SF two floor Advanced Technology building addition. The new building will house academic programming to include Diesel Heavy Equipment, Industrial Mechanics, IT, and a small Welding Lab. Total Design, Construction, Permitting, Testing, Furnishing and Equipment, etc. has an estimated budget of $450,000 for Mechanical Electrical Plumbing replacements; additional funding may come for energy improvements and roof replacement. Further funding, of approximately $5 million, is being sought for the construction of the new building. Construction and Substantial Completion is expected to be phased over time however a portion of the funding will need to be spent within a year.
