Guertin Architect.The Project consists of: Replacement of approximately 6,000 square feet of asphalt walkways at Area ‘A’ at the 65 Phineas Street Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including allrelated work.Alternate No.1 -Replacement of approximately 4,000 square feet of asphalt walkways at Area ‘B’ at the 65 Phineas Street Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work.Alternate No.2 -Replacement of approximately 2,500 square feet of asphalt walkways at Area ‘C’ at the 65 Phineas Street Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work.The work is estimated to cost $ 162,000.00 (Base Bid: $75,000.00 -Alternates: $87,000.00)Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 § 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive and Federal Davis Bacon wage rates.Pursuant to HUD Public Housing Development Rule, 24 CFR ch.
