Bridgeport Minority Contracting Opportunity EXCITING BID OPPORTUNITY for Steelpointe Harbor Mixed-Use Development. KBE Building Corporation welcomes subcontractors to bid on the upcoming project located in Bridgeport, CT. scheduled to break ground in the Spring of 2023. The 529,331 sf mixed-use complex is set on the busy Bridgeport waterfront. The upscale community includes a multi-story, wood-framed building providing four stories of 421 luxury apartments (444,871 sf), set above street-level retail and restaurant space (10,022 sf). An additional 19,740 sf of amenity space provides a resort-style pool, athletic courts, dog park, fitness center, and outdoor landscaped courtyards. The project also consists of five-story parking garage which is post-tensioned concrete with a naturally ventilated “open” design.
