Sealed proposals will be received by: Main Township of Columbia County, PA at 345 Church Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 Until 4:00 pm on April 19, 2021 to be opened on April 19, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Main Township Municipal Building for the following:
Paving Contract:
Furnish and place approx. 432 ton of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course, approx. 25 ton of 25mm Asphalt Base Course, and approx. 23 ton of 2A Aggregate Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Main Township
