BIDS/GRAFTON COMMON IMPROVEMENTS

INVITATION FOR BIDS GRAFTON COMMON IMPROVEMENTS The Town of Grafton seeks a qualified contractor for work on the improvements to the Grafton Common. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing and replacing existing asphalt walkways with new brick; removing and replacing existing benches with new benches and stationary wheelchair positions; installing new wrought iron archways and light fixtures; and installing new underground electrical and data lines. The bid posting can also be found on the State CommBuys website, under bid number BD-20-1274-TAOFFTAOFF-60195. General Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. The Select Board reserves the right to reject any bids in whole or in part, and to award the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
