Bid 20 – District Administration Office & Transportation Facility Renovation Sealed Proposals will be received by Upper Darby School District for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction for Bid 20 – Upper Darby School District â District Administration Office & Transportation Facility Renovation. Proposals shall be addressed to Mr. Joseph McGilvery, Supervisor of Procurement Services, and received at Upper Darby Administrative Building, located at 4611 Bond Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Proposals must be received by 1:00 PM, May 20th, 2021. Bidding Documents will be available Friday April 23rd, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Bidders must register with the Architect prior to receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders shall email Joe Messmer at joe@gkoarchitects.com. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name and contact email. Upon completion of registration, Bidders will be given a link to access the documents. Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed using RFI format (Request For Information) to joe@gkoarchitects.com. A Pre-bid meeting will be held as follows: Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at District Facilities and Transportation Building, located at 8201 North Lansdowne Avenue, Upper Darby, PA 19026. All attendees must be preapproved with the District for the walkthrough. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents.
