Notice of Request for Proposals â Ashbridge House AE RFP – 211-6005-0137-0046 -21-21 The Township of Lower Merion is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms for the proposed interior Renovation and Addition to Ashbridge House, located in Ashbridge Park, Bryn Mawr, Lower Merion, PA. Firms that are interested in the RFP, please email Cyd Baffa at cbaffa@lowermerion.org. A preproposal conference will be scheduled at the site, 1301 Montgomery Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 7, 2021 for interested bidders. Any inquiries or questions must be directed in writing via e-mail to: Emily Crane at ecrane@lowermerion.org. Deadline for submitting questions is: 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Responses to general questions will be circulated to recipients of the RFP. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Submit five (5) hard copies and one electronic copy in a single PDF via email to ecrane@lowermerion.org. To be considered, one (1) electronic, one (1) original and five (5) copies of a proposal should be mailed or delivered to: Lower Merion Township, Attn: Purchasing, 2nd Floor, 75 E. Lancaster Avenue by 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
