TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MERION ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Janitorial Services RFP 124-21-35 The Township of Lower Merion is seeking proposals from interested companies to provide Janitorial Services to include window and carpet cleaning and cleaning supplies, for thirteen (13) Township owned properties for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022 with the possibility of extending the contract for three (3) additional 12-month terms (through December 2025). Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the Pennbid Program (www.Pennbid.net). Proposals will be received until 11 am, prevailing time, November 18, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Site visits are encouraged.
