NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED BIDS The Borough of Trappe will receive sealed bids for the leasing of equipment and operating services for SNOW PLOWING & SALTING for the period from November 15, 2021 to April 30, 2022. Bids will be received until 9:00 a.m. prevailing time, on November 5, 2021, after which time bids will be open and read aloud. The address where bid documents and specification are available, where bids to be submitted to, and where bids will be opened is: TRAPPE BOROUGH, Borough Manager, 525 West Main Street Trappe, PA 19426. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough of Trappe and shall be sealed in an envelope identified with the Bidderâs name and marked âBid Proposal for Equipment Leasing for Snow Plowing & Salting Opening on November 5, 2021.â? Bidders are required to provide a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) as proposed security.
