BOROUGH OF CONSHOHOCKEN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Borough of Conshohocken is seeking proposals for Engineering Services for the design and implementation of its 2020 CDBG Curb Ramp Project. Services to be provided include: survey and design of curb ramps at selected locations; development of construction bid and contract documents; development of a cost estimate, construction bidding, and construction supervision. Copies of the full Request for Proposals is available at the Conshohocken Administration Office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on the Borough web site, www.conshohockenpa.gov. The Curb Ramp Project is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant funds through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. As such bidders will be required to comply with all pertinent federal requirements including: 1. Appendix II to 2 CFR Part 200 2. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 3. Conflict of Interest (24 CFR Part 570) 4. Access to Records 5. Executive Order 11246 â Equal Employment Opportunity 6. Executive Order 12138 -Women Business Enterprise Opportunity 7. Executive Order 11063 12. Affirmative Action Program/Plan 13. Davis Bacon and Related Acts (for construction only). Evaluation of proposals will be based on the bidderâs experience with similar projects and projects using federal funds; staffing; understanding of the scope of services; references; time frame for completion; and cost. Minority, Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. Proposals must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
