ONLINE BIDS will be received by Spokane County, Washington, until 11:00 a.m., January 14, 2022 at
www.publicpurchase.com They will be opened in at a Virtual Public Bid Opening, and publicly read aloud
for furnishing the following:

ITB NO. P12291 Construction Services, Spokane County Indoor Small Arms Range and Training
Center

SPOKANE COUNTY seeks to enter into an agreement with a Contractor for Construction of an
approximately 75,000 square foot, single story, indoor small arms range and training facility.

THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS hereby notifies all bidders that no person or
organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual
orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement.
Additionally, minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.

THE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor
irregularities in bidding. A copy of the bid is on file with the Clerk of the Board in the County Commissioners’
Office.

COPIES of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) document are only available electronically and can be downloaded
from www.publicpurchase.com.

SUBMITTALS should follow the format outlined in the request for bid document on
www.publicpurchase.com.

QUESTIONS regarding the bid process shall be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com. Spokane
County Purchasing will respond to questions via www.publicpurchase.com, thus providing all questions and
answers to all prospective bidders.
