EAST HAVEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS CONNECTICUT LEGAL NOTICE RFQ #2021-0421 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES The East Haven Board of Education is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Architectural firms to provide architectural design services for the preparation of plans and construction documents for a Technology Flex Space Buildout in the EHHS Media Center. The solicitation and award are pursuant to C.G.S. §10-287(b)(2). Please be aware that the East Haven Public Schools Central Office is closed to the Public. Please follow the delivery instructions below. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to the Finance Office, East Haven High School, 35 Wheelbarrow Lane, East Haven, CT via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. This Bid and Addenda’s may be downloaded at https://www.east-haven.k12.ct.us/ departments/bids or a PDF version may be obtained by e-mailing a request to rcaponera@east-haven.k12.ct.us. Statements of Qualifications , single-sided (one original and 2 copies) and one electronic copy will be received at the Finance Office to be held in the Purchasing lock box until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at which time they will be opened. The RFQ shall be marked RFQ #2021-0421 Architectural Design Services for East Haven Board of Education. The East Haven Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, or waive defects in same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the East Haven Public Schools. All questions are to be submitted to rcaponera@east-haven.k12.ct.us Last day for questions is Thursday, April 29, 2021. The East Haven Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, or Statements of Qualifications; to waive any technicality in a response to an RFQ or part thereof submitted, and to accept the response to the RFQ deemed to be in the best interest of East Haven Public Schools.
