GREATER LAWRENCE TECHNICAL SCHOOL INVITATION FOR BID Greater Lawrence Technical School, Andover, MA will receive sealed bids for MAKE-UP AIR UNITS REPLACEMENT at the GREATER LAWRENCE TECHNICAL SCHOOL, 57 RIVER ROAD, ANDOVER, MA, in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc., P.O. Box 1551 – 311 Great Road, Littleton, MA 01460. Sealed bids for the General Contract will be received at the Greater Lawrence Technical School, 57 River Road, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until February 23, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. after which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. General bidders must submit a Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) certification of eligibility in the category of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) with their bid. A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on February 16, 2023 at the Greater Lawrence Technical School, 57 River Road, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, at 9:00 A.M. Plans and Specifications will be available on February 8, 2023. Plans may be obtained electronically by emailing BLW Engineers, Inc. at bidding@blwengineers.com.
