The project includes ADA ramp design and construction, sidewalk replacement, storm water inlet replacement, construction of new bus stops, paving, patching, as well as curb replacement. The project will be managed by the City Engineer. The City may elect to use a third-party construction inspection firm on this project. All solicitation documents and details will be available at no cost on www.PennBid.net. A Pre-bid meeting time and location will be posted on PennBid. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation documents are to be submitted in writing via the PennBid portal. Telephone and e-mail inquiries will not be accepted. Bids will be considered valid for a period of 60 days. State Prevailing Wage and Related Acts apply to this project.
