Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Dec. 22, 2021 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office or by emailing: purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov beginning Thur.
