INVITATION FOR BIDS The Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna (HACL) will be receiving sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide the service for a painting general contract of vacant units. All bids submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirement and specification outlined within this document and any designated attachment in its entirety. To obtain the IFB Document access www.HACL.org Click on Bids and click on IFB 2022-1221 Unit Painting Services. Complete pages 20 and 21 sign date with the print company name on each page. Add the required documents as stated in this IFB. Submit in a clearly marked sealed envelope to Administrative Offices at 2019 West Pine Street, Dunmore, PA 18512. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 10:00AM. Question Submittal Deadline on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 3:00PM. Bids must be received on or before February 24, 2023, 10:00 AM. at 2019 West Pine Street, Dunmore, PA at which time all sealed bids will be publicly read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and returned to the bidder unopened. All interested parties are invited to attend.
