Improvements include but is not limited to: installation of bike lanes, on street parking, center turn lane, bumpouts, landscaped median, concrete sidewalks, sidewalk ramps and driveway aprons, granite curbs, ornamental lighting, street trees, signage, drainage, milling and paving, and pavement markings.SITE LOCATION: Franklin Avenue (Annawan St to Maple Ave) and Maple Avenue (Essex St to Retreat Ave) in Hartford, CT RESPONSE DATE: March 31, 2021 RESPONSE TIME: 2:00 p.m.EST.
