Invitation for Bid # 21-347 The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites qualified inspection firms to submit sealed bids for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) inspection services for approx. 499 CHA vouchers. The contract is estimated at $126,000. Interested parties are invited to a pre-bid Q&A session on April 12, 2021 at 10:30AM at 128 Meetinghouse Rd, Chicopee. Bid packages are available free of charge at the CHA Modernization office, 6 Stonina Drive or electronically by e-mail request to rkachinski@chicopeehous ing.org. Bids will be accepted at the CHA main office at 128 Meetinghouse Road, Chicopee, MA 01013 no later than July 3, 2018 at 2PM. No bids will be accepted after the stated time and date.
