The Holyoke Housing Authority invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from Contractors for construction of the Jackson Street Residence Project in accordance with documents prepared by Caolo & Bieniek Associates, Inc., 521 East Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid) and consists of all work associated with the installation of one complete housing unit at the corner of Jackson Street and Chestnut Streets in Holyoke, Mass., along with providing the foundation for a future home to be constructed by others on the adjacent parcel of land, as indicated in the construction documents. Filed Sub-Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at www.Projectdog.com. General Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at www.Projectdog.com Estimated project cost is $440,000.00. In accordance with Chapter 149 of the General Laws of Massachusetts as amended, the prospective General Bidders and Filed Sub-Bidders must submit with their bid, a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), showing that the Bidder has been approved to bid on projects of the size and nature as advertised herein.
