INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be accepted for the Purchase of Pre-Cast Concrete Dugouts until Wednesday, June 23, 2:00pm in the Finance Office of the Newington Board of Education, 200 Garfield Street, Newington, CT. Bids will be opened at that time.The bid encompasses the purchase and delivery of two (2) pre-cast concrete dugouts.
