REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO SUPPLY HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT No. 1 with sealed Proposals for Title Company Services -Pool. (RFP# HCDD1-21-029-06-23-MSS)
REQUIREMENT PACKETS may be obtained by emailing your request to moises.salazar@hcdd1.org or may be picked up in person at the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1, 902 N. Doolittle Rd. (Bldg. A), Edinburg, TX 78542.
UPON SUBMITTING SEALED PROPOSALS, respondents are required to properly indentify sealed envelope and/or package as follows: 1. On the Upper Left-Hand Corner of sealed envelope and/or package: Firm Name and Address. 2. On the Lower Left-Hand Corner: the RFP Number and Title.
OVERNIGHT MAIL MUST ALSO BE PROPERLY LABELED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EXPRESS ENVELOPE OR PACKAGE.
The sealed Proposals must contain one (1) original, three (3) copies, and one (1) USB drive containing a complete response in PDF format, and must be clearly identified and addressed for delivery to:

Sealed Proposals will be accepted until 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, and will be opened at the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 office located at 902 N. Doolittle Rd. (Bldg. A), Edinburg, Texas.
NO FACSIMILES OR LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY PACKET/ENVELOPE RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL BE RETURNED.
HIDALGO COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO.1 reserves the right to refuse and reject any/all responses and to waive any/all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the response considered to be the best and most advantageous to the District.
