INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the performance pavement coring and subsurface explorations in the general vicinity of the proposed project for Resurfacing, Bridge Rehabilitation and Safety Improvements on I-95 in the Town of Greenwich and City of Stamford, Connecticut, will be received by GM2 Associates, Inc. until 4:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on September 17, 2021. Bids will not be accepted after 4:00 PM.The complete Notice to Bidders and Invitation to Bid, which includes the bid sheet and other information, must be requested. General Work Description and Work AreaThe project work is located on Interstate 95 between the New York State line in the Town of Greenwich and the north end of Bridge No. 00026, I-95 over Greenwich Avenue and the Rippowam River in the City of Stamford. The work consists pavement coring, and subsurface explorations, including the advancement of borings in soil, recording boring log data, soil testing, securing and delivering samples. All pavement explorations will be in shoulders consisting of full depth asphalt pavement.Proposals shall be delivered in PDF format by email to:Lawrence J.
