NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Water Commissioners of the Franklin Square Water District, 895 Schroeter Avenue, Franklin Square, New York 11010 until 4:00 PM, on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. All proposals will be publicly opened at 5:30 PM on the same date and read for: 1-year (October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022) supply of liquid caustic soda, 50% solution. Caustic deliveries must arrive at the Franklin Square Water District before 12:00pm on the date of the delivery. Hours of operation are 8:00am 4:30pm.
Bids shall be made on bidding sheets furnished by the Board of Water Commissioners and subject to all terms and conditions stated therein.
The Board of Water Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most favorable to the interest of the Franklin Square Water District.
