INVITATION TO BID

Project: SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM: Project generally includes sanitary sewer system repairs requiring excavation, removal, installation, and replacement of sanitary sewer system components, erosion and sedimentation control, trench dewatering, traffic control, and site restoration work. The Work to be performed under this Contract is located throughout the service area of Swatara Township Authority and will be performed on an as-needed basis, at the direction of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to increase or decrease the Work without effect to the unit prices bid. The Contract also requires the performance of emergency repairs to the sanitary sewer system on an as-needed basis. The service maintenance contract will last for a period of one year, but may be extended up to four additional years (for a possible contract duration of 5 total years) if agreed to by the Contractor and Owner.
