1/19/2023 7364700 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – DESIGN SERVICESSHARSHON PARK FIELD IMPROVEMENTSWINDSOR, CONNECTICUTRFP E2023-01 The Town of Windsor, Connecticut is seeking to engage the services of a qualified consulting firm to perform survey, subsurface soil evaluation, design, obtain permits, and prepare construction documents for the improvements to Sharshon Park. The improvements are proposed to include drainage improvements, regrading and establishment of natural turf fields and the addition of accessible paths and handicap parking. Firms responding to this request should be of adequate size and sufficiently staffed to perform the assignment described above. Firms shall have successfully completed a minimum of 5 similar projects since 2014.
