7368610 Neighborhood Housing Services Greater New Britain Request for Proposals for Architectural Services Renovations to 157 & 161 Broad Street and 66 West Main Street New Britain Neighborhood Housing Services Greater New Britain (NHSNB) is seeking proposals from qualified Architects for the design of a project to rehabilitate affordable rental housing in 3 properties owned by NHSNB located at 157 and 161 Street, New Britain and 66 West Main Street, New Britain. The selected firm will work with NHSNB throughout development process to completion of construction.
