HARRISBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (HIA) SUSQUEHANNA AREA REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY (SARAA)
The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA) is requesting bids to provide Lawn Care services at the Harrisburg International Airport and various properties owned by the airport authority.
A contract will be awarded with the requirement to perform lawn care services at the Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, Dauphin County PA 17057 as well as other properties. The Harrisburg International Airport is owned by the Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA). Duration of the contract will begin on April 10, 2022 through October 30, 2023. Work will include all labor, supervision, transportation and equipment to mow lawns and provide lawn treatment services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Harrisburg International Airport maintenance conference room, Building 513, Airport Drive, Middletown, PA 17057. In case of inclement weather, the Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 10:00 am. Following the brief meeting there will be a onetime only pre-bid tour of the areas to be cleared. Contract Documents may be obtained by accessing the airport website at www.flyhia.com under the section doing business with us. Bidding shall be performed in accordance with the specifications as stated in the bid documents.
Copies of the bid documents may be obtained on the SARAA website (http://www.flyhia.com) or may be requested by calling the SARAA offices at (717) 948-3900. Interested firms should submit their bid no later than 2 p.m. EDT on Monday, March 7, 2022.
The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
