INVITATION TO BID Project: STORMWATER BMPS: Project generally comprises retrofitting thirteen (13) existing BMP areas in Luzerne County. Work generally comprises, but is not limited to regrading basin embankments, removing existing outfall structures, installing new outfall structures, installing wire mesh gabions, creating rip-rap lined drainage channels, planting of aquatic plant and grass species and seeding; and restoration to areas disturbed outside of the project limits, by construction operations. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Back Mountain Regional EMA Building, 3593 State Route 118, Dallas, PA 18612, at 10:00 A.M, prevailing time, on February 17, 2022. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is not mandatory, but it is recommended. Questions will be accepted until 1:00 PM, prevailing time, on February 24, 2022.
