Sealed proposals will be received by Liberty Township of Montour County, PA., at 197 Mooresburg Road, Danville, Pa. 17821 until 7:30pm on May 10, 2021, to be opened on May 10, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. at Liberty Township Municipal Building, 123 Mooresburg Road, Danville, PA 17821, for the following Contracts:
Seal Coat Contract:
Furnish and place approximately 13,647 SY Asphalt Prime Coat; 9,200 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 68,819 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application and 78,019 SY Asphalt Fog Seal.
FDR Contract:
Furnish and place 21,992 Gal. CSS1-H and perform 12,567 SY Full Depth Reclamation.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders.
All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
