Bids must be submitted on or before the date of opening in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid in the lower left-hand corner. The Board of Education reserves the right to award all or part of this bid or to reject all bids or any part of any bid and to make to make awards that are in the best interest of the school district and to wave any informalities as to non-material errors or omissions in the submissions. Any bid submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening.
