Landscaping Contractor
The Village of Hempstead Housing Authority (VHHA) is accepting for the provision of Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services for a one year term with a one year renewal option.
The scope of work involves annual maintenance of the grounds of the Housing Authority properties including the following:
Spring and fall clean-up of all leaves and debris.
Trimming of all shrubs and low-lying branches from trees.
Weekly grass cutting, weed, leaf and debris removal.
Cleaning of gutters as needed.
Application of grass seed and fertilizers as needed.
Sealed bids are due in our main office on January 3, 2022 no later than 4 PM at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. For a copy of the bid package, email sgoodson@hempsteadhousing.org .
Minority, Woman Owned, and Section Businesses are encouraged to respond. The VHHA reserves the right to waive inconsequential irregularities and to reject all proposals.
