LEGAL NOTICE EAST HAVEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS REQUEST FOR QUOTES The East Haven Board of Education will receive sealed proposals for the following: MOTOR AND BLOWER REPLACEMENTS #2021-712.1 ALL PURPOSE ROOM HVAC SPLIT #2021-712.2 (2) 3-TON DUCTLESS HEAT PUMPS #2021-712.3 Accepting bids until 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 22, 2021. At that, time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud. Documents comprising these RFQ’s are available on the Board’s website, www.east-haven.k12.ct.us, under “Bids and Requests for Proposals”, or from Richard M Caponera Jr. via email rcaponera@east-haven.k12.ct.us or in person in the Business Office – East Haven Public Schools, 35 Wheelbarrow Lane, East Haven, CT 06513 The East Haven Board of Education reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Qualification, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer(s) that, in the Board’s judgment, will be in the Board’s best interests.
