Bids will be received by the Executive Director no later than August 10th, 2021 at 1:00PM, at which time bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Community Room located at the Administrative Building, 100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, NY 12047. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid walk thru on August 2nd, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Administrative Building, 100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, NY 12047. Contract specifications and conditions may be obtained at the Cohoes Housing Authority, Administrative Building, 100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, NY 12047or on our website at www.cohoeshousing.org. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality and reject any and all bids.
