LEGAL NOTICE Request for Bids Great Hill Cottage Community 374 State Street Guilford, CT Responses Due: Tuesday, March 15, 2022 The Green Planet Company (GPC) is seeking bids for a general contract to construct its new sustainable homeownership project at 374 State Street, Guilford. The selected firm shall enter into an AIA – A101 Stipulated Sum contract with GPC. Ground-breaking on the homes is projected for April 2022. The primary source of permanent funding will be through the CT Department of Housing (DOH) and Capital for Change (C4C). All work shall comply with procurement, design and construction standards established by these agencies. Prior successful experience working with state funded affordable housing developments of this scale and type is mandatory to qualify for consideration for this project.
