LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Athens Township Supervisors at their Municipal Building located at 45 Herrick Ave., Sayre (Athens Twp), PA until 3:00 PM on February 23, 2022 for the following: – 4000 tons (more or less) of DSA both pick up & delivery – 5000 tons (more or less) of 3″ minus both pick up & delivery – 3000 tons (more or less) of R-8 Stackable delivery only – 3000 tons (more or less) of AASHTO #8 delivery only Bids are requested on the above as indicated and as needed at a time agreeable to both parties. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the undersigned. The bid will be awarded at 5 PM at their regular meeting on February 23, 2022. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Athens Township.
