LEGAL NOTICE The Smithfield Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting bids for the following materials: 8,000 Ton (+/-) 2RC 100% crushed from parent rock to be delivered as directed in Smithfield Township. 1,104 CY (+/-) state approved black cinders to be delivered to Smithfield Township All bid proposals must be on the bid forms provided by the Municipality and received by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Forms may be obtained by calling 570-596-7770 Ext 1. Bids may be mailed or delivered to Smithfield Township, 75 Lane, PO Box 27, East Smithfield PA 18817 in a sealed envelope marked with bid item. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting held on April 6, 2021 at 8:00 PM. Smithfield Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
