LEGAL NOTICE The Springfield Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting bids for 10,000 gallons, more or less, of low sulfur clear non taxed diesel fuel to be delivered to the Township fuel tanks. Base the bid price on the rack price of September 13, 2021. All bid proposals must be on bid forms provided by the Municipality and received by 2:00PM on Monday, September 13, 2021. Forms may be obtained by calling the Township secretary at 570-596-7330. Bids may also be mailed to Springfield Township Secretary, 2227 Lumber Mill Rd, Milan, PA 18831 in a sealed envelope clearly marked bid. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting held on September 13, 2021 at 6:00PM. Springfield Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
