For purposes of definition, FSP, LLC is the contractual operator of New York Stewart International Airport for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.Contractors are required to visit the site to become familiar with the work area and the logistics involved to formulate their own estimate and the work required to fulfill their obligations under this contract. A mandatory pre-bid site visit/meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Airport Administration Building, 1180 first Street, New Windsor, NY 12553. All bidders are required to attend.
