PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Section 108 of the Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10108, that the Board of Supervisors of Willistown Township on January 23, 2023, adopted Ordinance No. 1 of 2023. The preamble and a brief summary prepared by the Solicitor listing the provisions in reasonable detail follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF WILLISTOWN TOWNSHIP TO FURTHER DEFINE AND REGULATE DIRECT COMMERCIAL SALES OF AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES. Section 1.Revises § 139-12.G(4) of the Zoning Ordinance to add a new subsection (d) to allow marketing activities in furtherance of, or customarily incidental to, the sale of agricultural commodities, provided that all revenue collected is related to the sale of agricultural commodities. Section 2.Provides for a severability provision. Section 3.Effective five (5) days from the date of enactment. Section 4.Provides for a repealer provision. This publication is intended to provide notification of the passage of Ordinance No. 1 of 2023 and that any person claiming a right to challenge the validity of the ordinance or decision must bring legal action within 30 days of the publication of the second notice.
