Advertisement The Board of Directors of the Upper Merion Area School District request sealed bids for the following: BID – UMASD – Roberts Elementary School Asphalt Milling, Paving and Sidewalk & Retaining Wall Repair Project The Upper Merion Area School District is seeking responses to this Request for Bid – UMASD – Roberts Elementary School Asphalt Milling, Paving and Sidewalk & Retaining Wall Repair Project The bid procedure, delivery, quantity, specifications and other pertinent information are shown on the BID documents. Formal Bids are to be submitted in strict accordance with the BID documents and in a sealed envelope marked: “Request for BID – UMASD – Roberts Elementary School Asphalt Milling, Paving and Sidewalk & Retaining Wall Repair Projectâ€? at the time and place noted below: Sealed bids are to be delivered to: Frederick P. Remelius, Director of Operations Upper Merion Area School District 435 Crossfield Road King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406 TIME: Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM on April 20, 2021 at which time they will be opened. BID Documents are posted on UMASD website: https://www.umasd.org/domain/38 All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities, award bids in the best interest of the school district, and to reject in part or total any or all bids.
