CHARLESTOWN TOWNSHIP NOTICE – PUBLIC BIDS Sealed proposals for Labor & Equipment Rental for Tree Work will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Charlestown Township on April 26, 2021 until 12:00 P.M. at the Charlestown Township Municipal Office, 4030 Whitehorse Road, Devault, Pa. They will be publicly opened and read at this time. At 7:00 P.M. on May 3, 2021 the bid will be awarded during the monthly business meeting of the Board of Supervisors, held via Webex, subject to entering into a contract with the successful bidder on terms satisfactory to the Township. Log in instructions will be posted on the website prior to the meeting at www.charlestown.pa.us . Bidder must submit proposal, which may be obtained from the Township Office along with bid specifications, general conditions and complete bid information. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked âTownship Tree Equipment Rental Bidâ? as appropriate. Bids may be delivered to the Township Office before 12:00 P.M. April 26, 2021.
